We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website. In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

Skills required:

• A relevant degree in computer science, informatics, software engineering or web design and development.
• Good technical knowledge in areas such as client side components, server side languages, web application frameworks and database management systems.
• A thorough understanding of web security and encryption.
• Experience with version control systems
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and reach multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to determine what they want from their website
• Creating design frameworks
• Write code in one or more programming/scripting languages like JavaScript or PHP
• Plan and prototype new applications
• Wire framing pages, links and imagery
• Adding multimedia features to the site if applicable
• test sites and applications in different browsers and environments
• Fix bugs
• Test new features thoroughly to ensure they perform the correct task in all cases
• Uploading the site to a designated server
