As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key player in supporting our sales team to help drive our sales efforts and achieve our ambitious goals. You will handle a variety of tasks that include processing orders, managing customer accounts, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Manage and process incoming sales orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Sales Reports: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and track the performance of sales activities.
Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation in compliance with company policies.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels accordingly.
Team Coordination: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative functions.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accountancy, E-Commerece, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
