We’re acting as an associate gateway organisation to allow small businesses to get involved in the scheme and make a difference to young person’s life. Register your interest and we will be in touch you shortly.
1. Submit The Application
Submit your application form. It is very simple to complete it and takes only 3 minutes. You have to provide some basic information about your business and job roles you will offer. We will forward your application to our associative kickstart gateway organisation.
2. Wait For Approval
Our associate organisation will check your application pack and forward it to DWP for a basic health check. We’ll inform you once the application has been approved and funding has been granted. This process usually takes 2-3 weeks, but we’ll keep you updated each time.
3. Welcome Your New Staff
Select the right candidates(16-24 Years Old) CV from the database of potential candidates put forward by the Job Centre and interview them.
After you hire, you will get £900 the initial fund per employee and their fully covered 25 hours/week monthly salary. Our Associate Kickstart Gateway organisation will also provide a Work Experience Coach to support employers and your Kickstart young persons throughout the 6-month program and beyond to enable them to progress to employment, apprenticeships, and further education as appropriate. We may also provide you staff contracting documentation if needed.

Note* Our Associate Gateway will retain some of the cost for the employability support from the £1500 start-up payment, making between £500-£900 (depend on the services) payment to the employer for each young person recruited to cover the cost of items such as uniforms and another setup/initial job-specific training costs.
