To be successful as an IT Enterprise Support, you should be able to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation. Logging and processing support calls
Install and configure computer hardware, software and systems networks.
Planning and starting scheduled maintenance upgrades
Setting up new accounts for staff
Deal with password issues
Communicating with users to understand the nature of problems they encounter
Troubleshoot system and network problems
Repair and replace equipment
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
