Skills required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior café or coffee shop experience a plus
• Customer service-oriented 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work around busiest hours, including weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities 

• Welcoming and, informing the customers about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing food and beverages for sale, and serving items to customers.
• Maintain the serving and working areas clean and organized.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to              improve food quality.
• Re-equip the displays to attract more customers.
• Making the inventory and refilling the items in display cases.
• Following all food safety regulations.
